Our scope of work includes the design and contract administration services of electrical distribution, generators, and UPS emergency power systems, wiring device design, lighting and lighting control systems, life safety system designs including exit lighting, emergency lighting, and fire alarm systems, data and voice communications systems, security systems, and audio/visual systems.
We are currently seeking to add a Junior Architectural or Electrical Engineering Technologist to our team. The position will be full-time and office-based in our Regina, SK office.
Under the supervision of qualified designers, your duties will include:
- Conducting site investigations to determine existing system condition and composition.
- Carrying out electrical system designs.
- Preparing electrical tender documents.
- Performing construction contract administration services.
Your qualifications include:
- a diploma in Architectural Technologies or Electrical Engineering Technology from an Accredited Technical Institute recognized by Technology Professionals Saskatchewan.
- Current registration or eligibility for registration with Technology Professionals Saskatchewan.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word software and
- Proficiency in the use of Revit and AutoCAD software applications.
We are seeking individuals who:
- Are self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Are well organized and can manage their time efficiently and effectively, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Enjoy working with a diverse group of design, construction and administrative professionals interested in a ”team” approach to design and construction.
- Have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan driver’s license. While this is preferred, it is not a requirement.
