Job Description and Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 5 years or more

-demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with path planning software (eg. Pathloss v5)
-experience planning, designing and implementing high capacity microwave radio backhaul links (N+1)
-demonstrated knowledge and experience working with element and network management systems
-past experience working with leading microwave radio vendors including project implementation, product training
-demonstrated know how and experience working and planning various microwave technologies such as XPIC, MIMO, multipolarization systems
-knowledge of IP (Layer, 2,3 ) and demonstrated capabilities to configure and implement software, network changes, firmware upgrades
-previous experience working with frequency regulators (ISED, FCC, other)
-previous field experience working to install, troubleshoot and configure microwave radio links
-Previous vendor work experience with global microwave companies such as Aviat Networks, Ceragon, Cambium Networks, Ericsson, Huawei and Nokia is an asset.
