Reporting to the COO and as a member of the Senior Leadership team the Vice President (VP), Technology and Services will be responsible for all non-construction services within Cahill.  Working with other divisional VP’s, you will redefine, implement and manage the business strategy for the Technical Division.  You will lead Cahill’s technology and innovation strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.  Your considerable business acumen will also allow you to evaluate and assess ROI and success factors.  As the VP, Technology and Services, you will further develop and leverage our technical expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to our clients.  Responsible for Cahill’s technology and innovation strategy, you will position Cahill as a leading provider of non-construction Technical Services across Canada.

As the VP, Technology and Services, you will demonstrate leadership by aligning employees with Cahill’s culture and overall strategic direction.  You will support the growth and development of your team and monitor key performance indicators to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.

As the ideal candidate, you have an engineering and/or business degree with strong technical experience and business acumen.  You have an innovative leadership style that is entrepreneurial and focused on business strategy and growth.  Your proven track record of facilitating organization-wide collaboration and successfully engaging your team has achieved outstanding results in the development and delivery of innovative products and services in a fast paced growth industry.  Your ability to identify and evaluate opportunities is reflected in your considerable skill set.  You use extensive data and data-analytics to inform key business decisions and are focused on the safe and productive execution of all work.  You have integrity, are honest and respectful and lead by example with your management style to foster a cooperative and engaged team.  Negotiation, communication, risk analysis and change management skills are key attributes.
