Vice President of Technical Services

Execute the Technical Support strategy and tactics that will improve the overall customer experience through technical efficiency within our organization; As a member of our Senior Leadership Management Team, attendance and reporting at regular scheduled monthly meetings is required; Working hand-in-hand with our key functional areas of the business, the VP of Technical Services must ensure that the business will be maintained and continue to grow through several business development activities: New product development, Technical Implementation Group, Quality Assurance activities, Project Management technical oversight, Management Consultant; Required to provide direction and leadership of all departmental staff and service administration; Effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of the design group to drive the growth of revenue and technical productivity; Ensure that all departments under his/her control are compliant with all applicable legislation, including but not limited to the Occupational Health and Safety and Employment Standards Act.
