The Water Utility Engineer is responsible for managing the planning, design, capital improvements and growth of the water distribution system by collecting, analyzing and organizing information, staff and resources. Leads the development of water distribution capital works programs and assist in the preparation of the operating and capital budgets. Responsible for managing capital projects and growing the water business for the Water Utility.
Successful completion of an engineering degree in a related field. Professional Engineer through the P.E.O.
A minimum of three to five (3 to 5) years of related experience in the design, construction, operation, maintenance and management of water utility distribution systems or treatment facilities.
